Ian is a PPR and DUPR certified pickleball coach who actively competes at the 4.5+ level and coaches players from beginners through the 4.0 level. His coaching style is energetic and fundamentals-driven, with a strong focus on smart shot selection and real match improvement. 

He is not afraid to repeat himself, call out mistakes, or be loud on court—always with a fun, high-energy delivery that keeps sessions engaging and memorable. Ian is all about developing strong pickleball IQ, strategy, and proper shot technique!

 Jessica is an active 4.5+ tournament player and certified PPR Pickleball coach. With a background in both food and sales, she understands the value of having a clear plan, setting goals and taking action. She believes success is built on fundamentals, habits, and a commitment to improvement. Her coaching approach focuses on developing practical strategies that help turn goals into achievable results. Her appreciation for health and wellness merges well with our community. 

Nick Wei brings a rare combination of athletic coaching expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for developing players. A PPR Certified Pickleball Instructor with more than four years of coaching experience, Nick holds an engineering degree from Stanford University and is a radiologist, giving him a uniquely analytical eye for movement, technique, positioning, and strategy. He is recognized for breaking down complex skills into simple, effective instruction that players can immediately apply on the court. From first-time beginners to advanced competitors, Nick creates a supportive and challenging environment where players build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the game. He has developed highly successful beginner, intermediate, youth, and community programs that have consistently filled to capacity and built strong player loyalty. Nick’s goal is to help every player understand their game, unlock their potential, and enjoy becoming a better pickleball player. 

After a successful career as a UX/UI Designer in the tech industry, Francis redirected his focus toward growing America’s fastest-growing sport by building welcoming pickleball communities for players of all ages and skill levels. Known for his energetic coaching style and passion for bringing people together, he has helped expand pickleball programs throughout local communities with a focus on inclusivity, player development, and connection through sport.

Outside of pickleball, Francis has a longtime background in competitive paintball, competing locally in the EPL and nationally in the NXL, earning multiple podium finishes and two championship series rings in 2024 and 2025. He has also volunteered with Camp Fatima of New Jersey for nearly 35 years, supporting campers with special needs and their families.
