TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the PCKLRAMA facility and club premises (collectively, “the Club”) located at 27 Muller Road, Oakland, NJ 07436.
By accessing or using our organization’s website or the Club, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Club, website or services.
Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Do not voluntarily disclose personal information that is not required to reserve play.

2. Membership and Guest Policies

Membership is required to access the Club. Basic and free membership is automatically assigned to all registered players.
Players may choose to upgrade their membership by manual enrollment.
Paid memberships are auto renewed unless canceled. Membership is not refundable, not transferable, can't be suspended or put on hold.

3. Club Usage

The Club includes 6 indoor courts, a pro shop, a conference room, lockers and lounges with an elevated viewing area.
Rental equipment, including paddles, balls and ball machines are available at the Club.
All members and guests must adhere to the posted court rules and regulations.
Proper athletic attire and non-marking shoes are required on the courts at all times.
Smoking, vaping and drug use are strictly prohibited within the Club.
Only players are allowed on the court. All children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
Private instruction for pay at the Club by anyone not employed by the Club is prohibited.
Protective gear should be worn at all times on the courts as injuries may happen. PCKLRAMA is not responsible for any injuries that may occur. Report any injuries to the PCKLRAMA staff.
PCKLRAMA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings. Please secure all personal items.
No animals are allowed in the Club.

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Court reservations can be made online or in person at the Club. PCKLRAMA uses CourtReserve to manage bookings and SafeSave to manage collections of payments.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
PCKLRAMA reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at its discretion.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees for membership, court rentals, and equipment rentals are outlined on PCKLRAMA's website and at the Club's front desk.
Payments must be made in full at the time of reservation or rental.
Cash payment is not accepted. PCKLRAMA is a cashless facility.
PCKLRAMA reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time.

6. Conduct and Etiquette

Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
Abusive language, aggressive behavior, and any form of harassment are strictly prohibited.
PCKLRAMA reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate access to any individual who violates these conduct guidelines.

7. Liability and Waiver

Members and guests use the Club at their own risk.
By using the Club, members and guests agree to release and hold PCKLRAMA and its owners, officers, investors, partners, employees, sponsors, advertisers, agents and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises harmless from any liability or claims.
The Club is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property.
The Club is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Club, website or services.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of our organization and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or display our content without our express written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of our Club, website or services.

10. Privacy Policy & Secure Checkout Policy

Your use of our website is also governed by our standard policies including our privacy policy, standard checkout policy and refund policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our website and services "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state of federal courts of New Jersey, with venue located in Bergen County.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately. Please review the Terms & Conditions regularly.
