PICKLEBALL CLUB ATTENDANT (PART-TIME)

Oversee the club’s daily operations. Working in conjunction with the Assistant General Manager and management team to ensure optimal member experience. The Pickleball Club Attendant is an integral team member ensuring the orchestration of any/all required needs of our players. The Pickleball Club Attendant is considered a concierge service for our customers.   

Part-Time Role - $20 per Hour

Eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 40

• Thorough excellent customer service efforts such as greet members and guests, provide information on programs and services, and assist with court reservations and scheduling 
• In respect to court operations, ensure courts are ready for play, and assist with basic maintenance 
• Managed program support, by helping administer leagues, clinics, tournaments, and educate members on programs and lessons 
• Collaborate with Assistant General Manager and Front Desk Attendant on equipment management by maintaining and organize pickleball equipment, and ensure facilities are clean and in good working condition 
• Manage facility & safety by enforcing safety guidelines and ensure a welcoming and safe environment for players 
• Lead the administrative tasks, through efforts such as managing player waivers, membership signup, registration assistance, court assistance and overall player experience  

High School diploma or equivalent 

Prior customer service experience  

Computer experience 

Certifications or ability to obtain in 60 Days in CPR and AED   

• Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming and positive experience.  
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with members, guests, and team members.  
• Excellent organizational skills to manage court schedules, equipment, and daily operations efficiently.  
• The ability to work cooperatively with other staff to ensure the success of the pickleball department.  

Part-Time employees are not eligible for benefits. However, employees will receive discounted open play, lessons and merchandise at PCKLRAMA.
