FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE (FULL-TIME)

Oversee the front desk, greet members and assist members in person, over phone and email with pickleball facility items. Ensure optimal member experience and act as the focal point for members needs while playing at PCKLRAMA.  

Full-Time Role

$42,000 per Year 

• Maintain high level relationships with members coming and leaving the facility
• Manage member requests via in-person, email or phone
• Skilled in CourtReserve in order to support members with scheduling and membership items
• Ensure all members and visitors have a signed waiver on file before entering facility 
• Responsible for ensuring the opening policies and procedures are followed
• Responsible for facility lost-n-found, incident or issues while on duty 
• Responsible for taking great game photos with scores to run on 
• Cooperative mindset in working with members, team members and vendors 
• Maintain an organized work area for seamless transition to other Front Desk Associates and personnel 
• Resolve member issues / concerns while at the facility and understand when to escalate to management 
• Complete assigned daily reports and any special projects while also handing off to other team members
• Work in conjunction with the Office Manager and Assistant General Manager 
• Spend some time learning the game pickleball through open play, lessons or special events 

Indoor recreation experience is helpful 

Customer service experience is required

• Excellent member services skills
• Capability to learn the CourtReserve system
• Ability to explain all PCKLRAMA offerings to members and prospects
• Display empathy, understanding and cooperation 
• Ability to listen, learn, provide feedback and be a responsible team member
• Work in a fast paced environment while being able to multi-task 
• Enjoy the sport of pickleball through either playing, watching or learning the sport
• Passionate, engaged and interested in performing the role
• Ability to communicate in writing, verbally and in large groups
• Must protect and keep member information confidential 

Full-Time employees will be eligible to enroll in PCKLRAMA’s healthcare, dental and vision insurance after 60 days of employment and 401K after 1 year of employment. PCKLRAMA contributes to employees premiums based upon employment tenure and role designation. In addition, employees will receive discounted open play, lessons and merchandise at PCKLRAMA.
